Narrative

1
The stamp in the upper left.
Not the Hungarian coat of arms, but a coat of arms based on it.

The purple stamp in the upper left.
This stamp was added later, in Neunkirchen, Austria, when Herman lived there.
The stamp is in German.

279                                     279
(probably menas the 279th registered birth of the year)

Column #2
A bejegyzés ideje (év, hó, nap)   Date of entry/registration  (year, month, day)
1908 April 10                           1908 April 10

A szülõk                                 The Parents
The columns are for both parents, but the father is missing.
Probably because the marriage wasn't recognized by the government.

Column #5

26                                     26
This is the mother's age, but it is
incorrect. Berta was born in June 1875.
She was 32, not 26 when Herman was born.

Column #8
A születés helye ha a születés The place of birth if the birth

Column #9 (last column)

megjegyzések. Aláirások

[SI]chla[un]ger Salamonné         (Other then "Dr Lénárd István" not
su? ???  Dr Lénárd                     much can be understood yet.)
István su? antök? [antöhS]

This is what my Hungarian friend wrote about Column #9:
maybe: Schlanger (less likely, but may be Ichlanger? )  Salamonné  (the wife of Schlanger Salamon ) (here I have no clue what the third word is) notifier person (who notified the authority). Dr Lénárd István (again the next one seems to be the same word as the third one that i cannot read) and from the context, the function of this person maybe the last word, but i am not sure ...  my best guess is antök? or antöh? but I do not know such words.
